If you have a medical concern that cannot wait until our normal business hours, please contact our answering service telephone at 703-257-3926 . A provider will return your call. However, please call 911 if you have a life threatening emergency.
Long term medications can be refilled by phone during office hours. Please allow 2 business days for all prescription refills.
PNBM requires payment at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Patients with standard co-pay are encouraged to make their payments at the time of check-in. Other insurance, private pay, or third party liability accounts are payable at the time of service.
Cancellations or reschedules to appointments must be made by 5 pm 2 business days prior to the appointment or there will be a $50 charge. If you do not contact us, there will be a "no-show" charge of $50. This fee is not covered by your insurance, and is due before another appointment can be schedules. Should you fail to cancel three or more appointments, you may be discharged from the practice.
